The illustrated world of Amanda Spicer

I love illustrations and tried my hands on it using Illustrator at one stage. But I’m not very good and you can tell I’m an amateur from the results produced. So now I only keep to creating simple illustrations for my blog headers.

Amanda Spicer, on the other hand, is able to produce beautiful illustrations with some fairy-tale details even though she is a completely self-taught artist. I guess that’s what you mean by flair.

Anyway, I’m very impressed with her works.  I can’t describe the drawings adequately but I get that “Alice In Wonderland” feeling about them.

The one you see here is titled The Cupcake Tree. There are a few others you can find at her website. Check it out!   But note her works are for sale, not for free!
